Looks like another non issue. I have never in my 40 years of owning speakers cleaned them while they were playing or gotten my head so close as to bang the frame of my glasses into a driver. Another move on nothing to see here.

I'd just use the integrated amplifier then no need to worry about trickle charging or trigger.

If the only recommended amps you're getting is Fosi or WiiM then the problem isn't in the recommendations but the requirements you're imposing. The most recommended amps I see on here are Hypex or Purifi unless you want a cheap, small desktop chip amp. So take your trolling BS on down the road...

No. I have a WiiM Ultra. I simply remembered from reading about the Eversolo they are Qobuz connect ready as you mentioned that was important. I'm sure there are other streamers that are these happened to be a couple I was aware of.

WiiM and Eversolo devices now support Qobuz connect.

Not sure where you read this but USB out on the Ultra is UAC 2.0 192kHz / 24 bit The analog in on the Ultra goes through the ADC and converted to 192khz/ 24 bit . There is no pure analog through the Ultra.

I tried various speakers since I had the A700 which was at least 4 years ago? They hadn't been out long and they've had updates since. Right now I have JBL 4329P and use a WiiM Ultra to apply PEQ. I use REW for measurements.

I tried the first version A700 non LE and I could never tame the boominess of the bass, it overpowered the speaker IMO but some probably like that. My wife hated them and she usually can enjoy whatever speaker I'm trying out. The new tunings might help that. I don't remember there being that...

I believe the Mutec 1.2+ will convert either direction. The WiiM ultra probably the cheapest not sure why you need to go from Toslink to a USB dac use the dac in the WiiM.
