what im googled ,that capasitors works 5-10years only. so,they can be dry now?

I expect that’s possible. I know some manufacturers recommend a factory service every 5-10 years, and when rebuilding vintage equipment I expect that nearly all the capacitors would be replaced.
I have bought 10-15 years old equipment that has functioned without problems (notably, some Meridian equipment 562v1 and G96 that where 20 and 10 years old when I bought them).
