My understanding is it is not a problem as having a non used earth pin is obviously not a safety hazard for Class 2 as its not required. It's simply redundant and covered by the insulating boot internally. They look great.
So why do we have a Class II double insulated symbol and a three pin (earthed) IEC (C13/C14) on a power amplifier? I was under the impression the IEC60320 specified the two pin (C17/C18) plug/socket were to be used for double insulated audio gear.
The headphone amp pcb is on its way soon.Does the DAC come with a free amp?
If we get a March Audio headphone amp let me know!
Great to see this kit on our shores
March has arrived at Purité Audio
They look great.
