Sure, but unbalanced to balanced (RCA to XLR) is not much worse. Other way around is a different story. Of course it doesn't matter if you don't have audible noise or ground loops.

Why? The upper frequency limit and the full power output voltage swing already tell you the slew rate (but those two parameters are much more relevant).
