Seems there is an error on this list :

BOSC Starkrimson Gan :

THD+N 5W , 1Khz : 0.0004% (should be in 3th position ?)
THD+N 100W 20-20Khz : 0.0092%
THD+N 10W 20-20Khz 0.0025%
Sinad 5W / 4R : 105
SNR : 121DB

For information last measurements of the next Allo, if confirmed by ASR, will put it in 2th position )

You can check the source link where it reads 0.001%.
Where did you get this 0.0004% from?

Edit: I found it SINAD 105 4R under the specs in their website. If @orchardaudio could supply the measurement showing the SINAD 105 in 1kHz 5W 4R I would update the entry in the table.

Got it from Orchard and if I am not wrong you can find it from their site

THD @ 10W : <0,0004% (-108dB) pour 1kHz en 4Ω so at 5W should even better

Not that I could find other than what I have linked in the Source.

I see only a number from the manufacturer, not actual measurements as I have been using so far. The graph he did post does not match the number he wrote on the website specs, so I don't know....

Check line 69.... for the Topping PA3s

ASR source = 0.005% @ THD+N 5W / 4R
Topping source = 0.0026% @ THD+N 5W / 4R

Which leads me to wonder which source do you want to keep in reference in the long term? Without this criterion, this list has only a very relative value therefore! And it really distorts the results in the end

From Allo's founder himself. I was supposed to get the "sample" module but the project is more than 6 months late now what a pitty ((((
The module is facing a little PSU issue but it has been corrected from last news.

Normally, ASR should get the finished amp before everyone.
As already shared, this new TPA3255 will have some innovative components : Air Core inductors, new Ultra Low noise PSU, new OP amps and should be full balanced.

It is not the first time we get multiple measurements from different sources and one is different from the other. It also not the first time that ASR is worst measuring than Topping itself (E30 comes to mind). And both use APx555 with the same settings. I have since the beginning chosen to use the best measuring source for the list. The difference here is that both show the actual measurements, as opposed to just a single number written on a website. I think this is the fairest criteria.

Done for Leak, but the Quad is from HFN and I cannot use its numbers (see 1st post).

The LEAK Stereo 130 specification doesn’t show anything much power at 4 ohms:rolleyes:
I use it with a Wharfedale Evo 4.1 speaker in a small room, never turned up the volume knob above 10 hours.
In my case, the amount of energy is enough but I know it is slim in many cases.

Impressive.... 0.0003 @ 20W.... should be a jewel @5W
Don't buy the PA3S )

It is probably based on the new Merus chip ? or a TPA325X from Topping should be nice )
