I am retired now. But having a career in mining made me very aware of worker abuses. We were and I think still are(worker contracts help mitigate some of this)working in one of the most dangerous jobs in the US.
This kind of technology I dont think is targeting us, teams and happy faces have been tried. When you are working with men and woman who are overworked, tired and in pain the haplessness machine would indicate conditions that the mining company's would rather avoid. But white collar is another issue altogether.
