I did a large buy of the Samsung ETA0U60JBE phone chargers and tested them with a USB power meter to make sure they're over the 700ma they're rated for. $10 plus shipping and I can send a PayPal invoice, but for International orders my eBay listing is setup to handle those for all the different regions. Currently have five boxes of five per 6x6x6 box and packed safely for even an overseas trip. Ken Shirriff did measurements on his blog and found them as good as the Apple chargers, but without the worry about the fakes those have.
