Ask Ray, he lives in Florida...the sunny State.

Where's the audio angle? Do they open the doors and turn on the radio, LOL?
What a waste, to hang up a car like that and not drive it.

So, the car is activated by remote controlled brackets that rotate 90 degrees and coming down horizontal and up you go for a ride.
For ultra hi-end stereo music listening the condos are equipped with invisible music servants that can play any music you want simply by voice commands. ...Volume adjust all that jazz. It goes without saying that the sound quality is state-of-the-art, and you see nothing...no audio gear, no speakers, no cables...but only the views on the ocean with sunsets every single day.

We think we're good with our little hamster radio, but we ain't that good.
Expensive audio is only for expensive people. The rest don't need to apply.
Ask Amir when his company is setting up audio in expensive mansions.
Everything is automated, some voice activated. Guys like Bill Gates don't listen to hamster radio.

Some insanely expensive audio.
People put exotic cars in their living room, hanging on the wall like an OLED TV.

I fail to see the relevance to audio. Unless it is to acknowledge the sheer nonsense of some audio gears.

Yes, from wheels to move heavy high-end speakers I went with wheels to move exotic cars right in your living room, please forgive me.
The relation of wheels and insanely expensive audio was not correlated.
...Only the wheels, the transportation to our rooms and the expensive.

Back to insanely expensive audio, because music matters.

Turntable, arm and cartridge for $58k.

This is interesting on several levels. The above vinyl playback system weights 102 lbs and the lucky purchaser gets it set up by the manufacturer at their home in the USA included in the price.

Notice how much gear has been jammed into a relatively small room.

The 150 watt monoblocks are class A, so it's going to be warm and cozy there. No way could I have those in air conditioned Houston.

I am guessing the total system cost is North of $200k. Anyone have a more accurate estimate?

That's a sweet looking TT and a very nice sound system put together.
Cool article, thx.

I am not trying to criticize you. However, I am in a different place.

It's impressive, but also ostentatious. The speakers are probably too much for the room. As I mentioned above, I have problem with heat. A class D something or other would be my choice. Actually, I have a problem with anything so imposing and overpowering. I love music, but I don't want anyone to walk into my house and think I am a materialistic geek. There are a lot of men out there who love owning precision gear. They have shelves of the best lenses but rarely use any of them. I shouldn't complain because if only serious photographers bought pro gear it would be made in lower volume and cost more. The cylinders behind the speakers are some kind of a filter. They are optional. The company, Evolution, also makes some relatively affordable smaller speakers.

I have no criticism to make about anyone in the audio world.
I have friends who are poor and have expensive audio systems.
I have friends who are rich and have ultra modest audio systems.
I have friends right in the middle of everything.

I have no idea how the speakers sound in his room, I've never been there.
They are gorgeous looking, and I just love that TT.
I don't know the weather and room temperature 365 and if AC is avail.
I have no problem on how each person sets his audio system and if it costs ten bucks or ten millions...zero problem.

I care zero about what others think and judge other's audio systems, ZERO.
I care zero about this thread and the people who judge other's audio system, ZERO.

I just love life and want to have fun living it.

Err, hello it’s a Harman product so impossible to be too expensive and actually fantastic value for money, also they remain unused even after you used them so hold their value like nothing else.. ( according to Keith of purite)

Could we get a metric conversion on the price of the Revel?

It's not a real car, just a piece of art that looks like a car.

Very upscaled copy of Klipspch La Scala's
I bought mine new in 1978 for $500 each.
Sold them in 2010 for $1500 the pair.

Upscaled and doubled version ☺ Anyway, sounded really fantastic to me.

I'll bet they did, big horns most always deliver something special.
I'm guessing the big box on the left is a sub-woofer?
