Between SMSL M3 and Sabaj PHA2, Which one has more power ?

The Sabaj has a lot more. I use a Sabaj A20h and think Amazon still has them for $70. It blows both out of the water for power.

It doesn't matter whether you buy Topping L30 II, Sabaj A10h or A20h, all of them are more than sufficient in terms of performance.
The Sabaj A20h might be the best deal and cannot be compared to the devices you listed.
If you need a preamp output, only the Topping L30 II or the Sabaj A10h are available.
