Being enthusiastic about an Edifier S1000 doesn't make one a "bot". I've just googled that speaker - doesn't quite fit into <$200 price range but active bi-amped speakers with Bluetooth AptX, RCA, coax and Toslink and some sort of DSP (probably just a digital crossover) inside... Well for $350 that looks quite interesting. It made me consider just ordering them for Amir as sort of donation.

Kinda dug this one up but I’m not a tech guy what did the measurements show on the Prime Pinnacle’s?

If it's not too off-thread I'd like to see subwoofers included here, similar budget. A likely upgrade path will be: budget speakers, then add a sub then upgrade the speakers ... then onwards and upwards (or rest and enjoy).
