This is a meme made of the reopening of the Royal Museum of Fine Arts Antwerp (Belgium) next week by an infamous instragam comic "Memes van't stad" (memes of the city). The young guy behind it is an antwerp guy from Morrocon roots who makes everyday such meme's on his instagram account and got a lot of followers for it. It was found so good by the museum they put it on a big canvas and put it in the museum between the real old paintings as a joke... The paiting used in it is a selfportret from 1623 (exact 400 years old) of Pieter Paul Rubens, the most famous painter from Antwerp, Belgium ever and the most important artist in the Museum.
