Personally, I doubt that this is a bot. The replies are too disjoint. I also doubt that this person (I'll now commit to "person") is a troll. I could be wrong, but I doubt it. Again, the replies are simply too disjoint. Anyone trolling would instigate trouble, if for no other reason than a simple pleasure of doing so.
This person fits the profile of a non-English speaker who has very little command of the language. He doesn't seem to have control of the contexts or subtleties of our language.
