Hey if it came with a picture of a Japanese girl on it you would buy that tooBullshit!
Sounds like a good graphic to create a range target with. LOLHow about a bassplaying Japanese cross-dresser?

Time for something completely different.
Jethro Tull - Aqualung (Steven Wilson 24/96 Remaster from HDTracks
I have to give major kudo's to Mr Wilson for the remix/mastering job he did on this one. I make no claims as to any benefit coming from the HiRez distribution of same but IMO this release is a huge improvement of anything I have heard that came before. Vocals are smooth in a way rarely heard from albums recorded in this day and the incredible bass line (listen to the kick drum on the Aqualung track) is crisp-detailed making my room throb with the output of my dual subs. I always loved this album and this remaster has given it new life for me.
very interesting, since I've had the opposite experience ... got to give the Wilson version a listen.
... after my original Aqualung LP went missing in action, I tried, but couldn't find a replacement equal. I was provided needledrops of audiophile pressings, they sounded seemingly way too lean, lacking much bottom end.

"Laughing in the playground -- gets no kicks from little boys:
would rather make it with a letching grey.
Or maybe her attention is drawn by Aqualung,
who watches through the railings as they play.
Cross-eyed Mary finds it hard to get along.
She's a poor man's rich girl
and she'll do it for a song.
She's a rich man stealer
but her favour's good and strong:
She's the Robin Hood of Highgate --
helps the poor man get along."
