I recently bought a second-hand Denon AVR-X3700H. Unlike my old device, the X3400H, I constantly hear the fans on this device.
Until now I didn't even know that fans were present, my old device never had the fans running in the same rack.
I switched the device to preamplifier mode, but the fans still come on as soon as I switch it on. Does anyone know this problem? Could something be faulty?
I haven't noticed any sound/functional faults so far.
I haven't opened the device yet, is it possible that only the coolers/fans are clogged with dust?
