if i can i will.. but when there's an audience she plays the put upon victim that has no idea what i'm talking about , her enabling son is always interjecting things like "it's just talk"... she's an old lady psychopath as far as i can tell , getting away with abusive behavior via a narrative and enablers....the other day she saw me in the yard while she was driving and starting shouting at me to "leave her alone or she would poison( more) cats".. that's a direct quote... i couldn't get my phone going quick enough to record the encounter.... another problem i have is that everyone of the neighbors thinks she's the victim of my harassment...

thank you sir , my heart is broken .. i have 4 other house cats and a backyard full of (8) fixed cats that need me.. they are a product of my landlord and his animal hoarding ... the only good news is that the landlord moved out, unfortunately he's still the landlord.... i'm trying to get moved and figure out how to place several of these babies with a rescue....i'm limited to low income apartments so i can only take 2 with me in all likelihood...the inside cats are all 8 yrs or older, i'm afraid this is going to end poorly....
i've got 1 cat that plays with phone/ tablet screens as well, i guess the bugs in the house are rejoicing as well...
Maybe a Craigslist or local type advertisement to see if you can find them actual homes. That's a heartbreaking situation, but I know you will do your best for them.
thanks , that's a decent idea, i'm presently networking to find "legit" rescues to help....
an UPDATE to my situation .... i got a restraining (harassment )order against the "crazy" old lady that may have poisoned Timmy.. she's opposing it ... the hearing is thursday morning (5/9).. she's opposing on the basis that i'm harassing her... we'll see how that works out for her , defense via offense doesn't generally work in legal situations unless it's the movies.. wish me luck guys , this may save some cats lives.....

I am so sorry to hear about the murder of your pet by a nut job. We had one in our neighbourhood as well (mentioned in one of my posts above) but luckily he is now roasting in hellfire, probably getting tortured by furry little cat demons. Nobody mourned his passing.
thanks, the difference here is that my "crazy" has much of the neighborhood on her side, she's fooled a lot of people.. an example of her narrative having effect: she put up a camera in her front yard to catch me "harassing" her(nobody minds that), including me) , but i was filming her with a phone from my own front yard *after* the restraining order was in effect and i was admonished by a neighbor to "go home".. it was comical and pathetic at once... our education system can't be this bad , but yet it is... feelings vs 1st amendment .. they seem to think feelings are more important...

haha... I have few neighbours like that as well. The law is whatever they feel it is at the time.
