This could actually fit the bill for a dac with analog in that has been discussed around recently, and for an affordable price. I hope the colorful led aroud the volume knob can be defeated... does it come with a remote?

I would say 90KBWR means 90kHz bandwidth R channel.
It is giving you tdh+n vs frequency at two different bandwidths

20KBWR means 20 hz to 20khz,right channel
90KBWR means 20 hz to 90khz,right channel
Am I right or wrong? What is the significance of this test?

It's THD+N just like amirm does it in his tests, only amir uses just the high (90kHz) bandwidth to show imaging/aliasing dirtiness, while Wolf also shows different BW to show that it does not have any nastiness in audible spectrum, that it is only in the higher bandwidth. Ideally a DAC should be clean in 90kHz BW too, though..

What is PO ?
PO = phone out, so yes 6.3mm. I've not often seen it indicated like so though, LO (line out) is common on portable devices, on desktop devices it just makes 'sense' that the 6.3mm plug is the headphone out no? Aaaaanyway... :D

Thanks Veri for the explanation. Is this the reason they use lpf in DAC output?

I'm interested in this. Really a solid product if the $199 price tag is true.

In L7's measurements it seems to have much more power than the advertised specs. Reaches 4W at 32 ohm 1% THD, advertised spec is 2W 32ohm 1%.

Fiio representative says: That's because the parameter in our website shows the output power for long time stable working mode.

This begs the question how other manufacturers market their power output and what @amirm 's measurement actually shows.

This looks like a slightly improved K5 Pro. Practically the same device with the addition of balanced headphone output. I have a K5 Pro, and it works great as a 3-way switch, I think this is its best selling point.

Would the balanced headphone output, as a new feature, help improve Fiio's market standing in this price-point of AIO devices? Fiio seems to think it is, but, personally, I would have jumped from the K5Pro to the K7 if they just added an optical output connector (I don't understand why they keep these features only available on the poor K3). For a balanced headphone output, not really.

Also, RGP lighting: What gives? does it sync with Razer Chroma or something?
