Will this patent pending tweeter array be valid?

It is not new to use arrays in different shapes? It is just placement and shading of several drivers?

Anyone can apply for a patent, just pay the fee's.
It looks good in the ad print.
You never have to tell anyone when it's denied. LOL

I think pending means that the patent is, indeed, pending. Or, at least, that used to be the case.
At least in the old days, the term one would see employed for one that's just filed was patent applied for.
