Budget speakers - price is for one piece....and the price is at 599€:
JBL Stage A130 review just posted: https://www.audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php?threads/jbl-stage-a130-review-speaker.18260/What about some of the newer jbl budget lines? Like jbl stage a130 or jbl arena 120
Would the Klippel equipment be capable for testing Soundbars?I am thinking it may make sense to buy a few budget but popular speakers to test. Or alternatively members buying and donating them to be tested.
So what is "in" these days as far as budget speakers? I am thinking under $200 for a pair.
Seems the JBL @amirm just tested are audiophile enough for 200$. No need to spend much more unless you had 1.000$ to go.Come on , any audiophile that spends £200 on the most important bit of their rig is .. well not very audiophile.
I'd like to see the jonesy (elac) speakers measured , $300-500 range .
Probably because only Harman is big enough to have resources to sell them at those price. If elac sell them it would probably cost $600 hahaSeems the JBL @amirm just tested are audiophile enough for 200$. No need to spend much more unless you had 1.000$ to go.
DXOMARK started wireless speaker testingI don't know if there's a separate sub-forum for this, couldn't find it, but would it be possible to review bluetooth speakers? Say from big names like JBL, Harman & Kardon, B&O, UE, Bose, etc. I imagine quite a few people either consider buying one, or have one. In the end, we don't always enjoy music in our special rooms with all the fancy equipment.
Thanks for the link!DXOMARK started wireless speaker testing

It depends on how many radiating elements it has per channel. If it has a large array then it may be difficult. Is there such a thing as the most popular soundbar?Would the Klippel equipment be capable for testing Soundbars?
Wonder then why they are not posting said measurements!Edifier S1000mk2 states that it was tuned using the KLIPPEL system on its product page.
Vizio is the #1 selling brand for soundbars in America. It depends on how many radiating elements it has per channel. If it has a large array then it may be difficult. Is there such a thing as the most popular soundbar?
