It seems like a "newer" chi-fi model but I am not an engineer to tell by the looks of the inside if it is worth a try or not....

I don't know anything about it but IMO - Class-A is "dumb". )At least for a power amplifier... It's OK for a preamp, or a maybe headphone amp.)

If they're dishonest enough to steal a trademark, they're dishonest enough to lie about the product itself, too.

I wouldn't go near it.

When you want a 'cheap' Pass Aleph-3 and are not someone that wants reliable electronics then you could buy it.
I cannot possibly make an educated guess about longevity and quality of the components shown in the pictures.
Just know it is not a high performance amp and 30W/60W is not much unless you have really high efficiency speakers or never have to reach loud levels.
There are also considerable shipping costs to be added and importduties are highly likely as well, turning this into a $ 400 amp ?
I have no idea how warrantee is handled.

FWIW, a lot of the pirated "Pass Labs" and "First Watt" stuff is built badly, and is sometimes downright dangerous. Over on the Pass Lab forum they often pull them apart and show the nastiness. So caveat emptor. I'd take a Pass on this one
